Terms of Campsite Reservations

A campsite reservation can be made either through our online website reservation system or by calling a member of our team at 419-396-3042.

Check-in time is 2:00pm.

Check-out time is 12:00pm.

Must be 21 or older to rent a campsite.

Holiday weekends have the minimum stays shown when you book.

We do not offer any tent camping on our campground premises.

Pets are welcome. See our Pet Policy.

A family is considered 2 adults and 3 children. Additional guests can be added for an additional fee. Please ask our team for more information.

There is an additional charge for golf cart usage. Please ask our team for more information.

Terms of Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

These terms apply to every nightly, weekly and monthly reservation, whether you book online, by phone or in person. Seasonal sites follow the Seasonal Campsite Use Agreement instead.

Cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date: we refund what you’ve paid, minus a $35 cancellation fee. If you haven’t paid anything yet, the $35 fee is charged to the card or bank account on file.
Cancel fewer than 14 days before your arrival date: the full reservation is forfeited. We keep anything you’ve already paid, and any unpaid amount for the full stay is charged to the card or bank account on file.
No-shows: if you don’t arrive and haven’t cancelled, it counts as a cancellation fewer than 14 days before arrival.
Leaving early: we don’t refund unused nights.
Monthly stays: the same rules apply. For a monthly reservation, “the full reservation” means the rent for the month you were booked to start.
No refunds for weather, acts of nature or evictions.
Refunds always go back to the original form of payment (a bank payment is refunded to the same bank account).
How to cancel: use the Manage or cancel link in your confirmation email, or call (419) 396-3042. We go by the date your cancellation reaches us (Eastern Time).
Changing your dates: please call the office. Changes depend on availability.

Payment Terms

Paying for your reservation: nightly, weekly and monthly reservations are paid in full when you book (monthly stays: the first month), by card at the posted card price, or from your bank account (eCheck) at the lower cash price. Paying from a bank account is available when your arrival is 7 or more days away: bank payments take a few days to clear, so bookings within 7 days are paid by card.
Payment method on file: the card or bank account you pay with is kept on file with our payment processor, Authorize.net. By booking, you authorize Tee Pee Family Campground to charge that card, or debit that bank account, for cancellation fees, no-shows, unpaid balances, damages, metered electric and returned payments under these terms. If you pay cash or check at the office, we may ask for a card or bank account on file.
Bank account (eCheck) authorization: when you pay from a bank account, you authorize electronic debits of that account for the amount shown when you book and, under these terms, for the amounts listed above; for a monthly stay, also each later month’s rent at the cash price on its due date. These later debits are made when they are due, without asking you again, and we email you a receipt for each one (for monthly rent, also a notice before any month that is not the usual amount). To cancel the authorization for future debits, call (419) 396-3042; please allow 3 business days for it to take effect. Amounts already owed under these terms are still due.
Returned payments: a bank (eCheck) payment or a check that your bank returns unpaid is subject to a $35 returned-payment fee. The returned amount and the fee are then owed, and we may charge them to the card or bank account on file. If they are still unpaid before your arrival, the reservation is treated like any other unpaid reservation under these terms.
Prices: posted prices are card prices. Paying from a bank account (eCheck), or by cash or check at the office, gets the lower cash price.
Any credit card chargeback is subject to a minimum $50 processing fee, charged to the payment method used or added to your account balance at Tee Pee Family Campground’s discretion.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets. By booking with pets, you agree to these rules:

Up to 3 pets per site.
Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes are not allowed anywhere in the campground.
Pets must be on a leash and may not be left unattended at the site.
No pets in the pond or the beach area.
We may ask you to remove a hostile or noisy pet from the campground.
Please clean up after your pet.

Campground Rules & Regulations

Speed limit is 5 mph (Golf Carts and Automobile)
Visitor parking is available in front of the campground.
Parents are responsible for the care of their children.
No ATV’s, unlicensed scooters, or mopeds.
No battery-operated ride-on toys (such as Power Wheels).
No firearms or weapons permitted on this campground property.
No cutting or mutilation of trees.
Swimming is for registered campers only. (No lifeguard – Swim at your own risk)
1. Minors are not permitted to swim without adult supervision.
2. No swimming after dark.
3. Follow all rules and regulations on airslide in the pond, including No Diving or jumping off the side of the airslide.
4. Appropriate family-friendly swim attire is required at all times.
5. Swim attire with buckles, rivets, or any other sharp objects are not permitted on slides.
6. No boats, kayaks, paddle boats, canoes, paddleboards are permitted in the pond.

Do NOT throw waste on grounds – use facilities provided.
Alcoholic beverages only at the campsite.
Disorderly conduct or abusive language will NOT be tolerated.
Bicycle riding is prohibited after dark.
No permanent clotheslines installed. Temporary clotheslines permitted for 48 hours at a time.
Children under 18 must be at their campsite at 10:30 p.m.
Golf carts must have quiet exhausts and have headlights and taillights.
All persons on golf carts must be in seats at all times, for example, no standing will be acceptable.
All group activities including cornhole are not permitted after quiet hours.
Campers are expected to take trash to the provided dumpsters daily.
No garbage, including but not limited to, cans, bottles, or glass are to be placed in fires, due to health department regulations.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Golf carts off the campground roadways at 11:00 p.m.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of TeePeeFamilyCampground.com or to any products you purchase from TeePeeFamilyCampground.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claim would qualify. You agree that the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to principles of conflict of laws will govern these terms and conditions.
Attorneys fees, costs and cost of collection shall be awarded in the event of a favorable arbitration award.

Electronic Communications

By using this website, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all electronic communications including notices, disclosures, cancellation and market loss related policies that we provide to you electronically shall satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
