Seasonal Campsites: Your Summer Home Base

Spend the whole 2027 season (April 16 – October 10, 2027) on your own site, and come back every weekend to friends, the pond and the beach.

2 adults and up to 3 children living in the same household included
Electric is metered and billed during the season
Decks, sheds and stone need approval first. Golf carts must be registered and insured.
Campers must be model year 2016 or newer (older campers need approval)
Seasonal sites are limited, and current seasonal campers renew first. Send us your information and we’ll contact you about openings and pricing.
